Processing Time
All our candles are handcrafted with care.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always notify you by email if there are any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within Ireland, the UK, and select EU countries.
Estimated delivery times:

Ireland: 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as customs or courier delays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to check the delivery status on the courier’s website.
Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@monzessence.com.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at info@monzessence.com to correct your details.
Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
